How do I submit a maintenance concern?
Please submit your concerns via email to ekscondos2@gmail.com. While many are accustomed to calling management, we request that you use the condo email so that we may have a record of all concerns.

Where do my guests park?
There are four designated guest parking areas in the community. There are also "second car" parking areas in between each building.

When are HOA maintenance fees due, and where do I send them?
Your HOA maintenance dues fees are due on the 1st of every month. Please refer to the Truist Bank packet that each owner has received for payment options and address.
